Our group therapy programs are thoughtfully designed for kids, teens, and adults—each in their own dedicated space. We believe that healing happens best when people feel understood, so we meet each age group where they are.

Welcome to You Are Enough, LLC I’m LaShanda Collins, a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Roads, Louisiana. At You Are Enough, I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy for children, teens, and adults navigating emotional and behavioral challenges—including anxiety, depression, ADHD, defiance, and trauma. My mission is to help clients build resilience, reclaim confidence, and move forward with purpose.

I offer specialized support for adults facing life transitions, healing from childhood trauma, coping with self-harm, and managing emotional overwhelm. Therapy here is a safe, judgment-free space—where your story is honored and your healing journey begins.

I also provide structured supervision for PLPCs seeking mentorship and clinical growth on the path to licensure.

Therapy should be accessible. I accept Aetna Medicaid, over 162 insurance plans, and private pay options. If cost is a concern, let’s talk—your well-being is worth it.

If you’re seeking therapy services for a child aged 5 to 12, or if you’re covered by Aetna Medicaid, I encourage you to reach out. You can complete the contact form on this page to request a complimentary 15-minute consultation. This initial conversation allows us to explore your child’s needs and determine whether we’re a good fit for working together.

  • To start, I offer a complimentary consultation to assess your needs and determine whether we are a suitable match for working together. Should we decide to proceed, my standard session fee is $120.00. Please note that this rate may vary if you are utilizing out-of-network benefits.

  • I am in-network with Aetna-Medicaid and accept a total of 149 different insurance plans. Additionally, I accept private pay.

If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement. Most insurance companies will reimburse a portion of my fee if you submit a superbill, which I will provide.

Please note that insurance companies typically only cover specific types of therapy and may require access to your private health information, including progress notes, goals, payment details, and session limits. Additionally, many clients have high-deductible plans, meaning you may need to pay out-of-pocket until the deductible is met.

Paying privately for therapy allows you more flexibility and control over your sessions, including the option for longer sessions, which can be beneficial for certain therapeutic approaches.

  • First Appointment: The initial session typically includes an assessment to gather information about your background, concerns, and therapy goals.

Discussion: You'll share your reasons for seeking therapy, any relevant mental health history, and the issues you wish to address.
